He was always transparent with me about the shape of homes we looked at, and showed in depth knowledge of what to look for when touring houses as well as the neighborhoods we were looking at. I never felt in a rush to buy a home, as he was willing to go at my pace throughout the entire process. I would recommend Mick to anyone! He did an incredible job listing and selling our home in Lancaster City. Mick was excellent. He was prepared and knowledgeable during all aspects of the process from home prep, marketing, and reviewing offers. Our home was listed on a Friday, open house on Sunday, offer accepted on Monday. Mick was also very sensitive to some special circumstances. Mick was outstanding. He thoroughly knows the market we were looking in, steered us away from some listings and did some vetting for us. We worked with two other realtors before him and they were no where near as good as Mick. We left the first one because there was a lot of unnecessary talk and inflated confidence. The second one clearly just wanted to make the fastest purchase for us as possible without having our best interest in mind.

Mick has helped with the sale and purchase of quite a few investment properties as well as our primary home. Mick has awesome communication and is great in the details. Mick is everything you could ever hope for in a realtor. First, he is extremely well connected and able to navigate the social intricacies of home buying and selling. Second, he is realistic. I can't say enough amazing things about Mick. He was recommended to us by friends who had used his services to buy a home in Lancaster in the neighborhood we were looking to buy in. When we asked for suggestions on how to move forward, they had no hesitation and demanded we get in touch with Mick. We worked closely with Mick for the better part of two months as we got to know him and he got to know what were were looking for. We were living in Philly and he was great about giving us a quick heads up with something had just come on the market and was flexible in showing us things at different times of day that worked for our schedules.
